Stolwijkse Boeren jong is a Dutch cheese that has been aged for 10 weeks. This cheese comes from the region of Stolwijk and is known for its creamy texture and mild flavor. Due to the short maturation, the cheese remains soft and Smeuïg, making it a popular choice for on bread, with salads or as part of a cheese board.
Young goat cheese that has had at least 8 weeks to mature in the traditional way in our aging house. Particularly Smaakvol and delicious Pittig, ideal for the cheeseboard or through hot dishes.
At least 20 weeks, our whole Dutch mature goat cheeses are given time to mature in our maturing house. This particular 10-kilo cheese is particularly flavourful and nicely tangy.
