Overaged Stolwijk Farmers
The overaged Stolwijkse Boeren cheeses is our range are given at least 3 years to mature in our traditional maturing house. Here, the cheeses are placed on wooden shelves and are given all the time they need to come to taste. The cheeses are also turned regularly. This ensures that the cheeses ripen evenly.
During this time, the cheeses develop a deliciously robust in intense flavour. A delicious treat for any cheese lover.
Over-aged Stolwijk farmhouse cheese is great for adding extra spice to a dish, but is of course also great for serving on a cheeseboard.
