Tangy North Holland cheese is a delicious authentic local product. Creamy flavour with a spicy bite. Matured for at least 26 weeks in our own maturing house.

Aged goat cheese that has had at least 20 weeks to mature in our aging house. Especially Smaakvol and delicious Pittig, ideal for the cheeseboard or through hot dishes.

Stolwijkse extra belegen is a delicious spicy Farmer's cheese. Our extra belegen Farmhouse cheeses are made from fresh milk and have a ripening period of 32 weeks.

Smoked cheese from the Dutch farm, a special cheese that you do not often see. The cheese has a slightly spicy flavor in which the natural smoke flavor can be easily tasted. Despite the preparation, the cheese still has a creamy texture.
