Our whole Stolwijkse young mature is a deliciously flavoursome 15-kilo Farmers' cheese. This young mature Farmer's cheese is made from raw milk and matures for at least 16 weeks in our maturing house.

Smoked cheese from the Dutch farm, a special cheese that you do not often see. The cheese has a slightly spicy flavor in which the natural smoke flavor can be easily tasted. Despite the preparation, the cheese still has a creamy texture.
