Organically produced extra virgin olive oil
Myron's extra virgin olive oils are grown organically in the most fertile areas of Crete. They work with several farmers who value quality. Between November and the end of February, the olives are harvested. They are ground under low temperatures, this is done so that all the vitamins are present in the olive oil.
Greek olive oil with a light flavour
With a light flavour, this olive oil does not have an overpowering presence. The fruity and slightly spicy flavour makes for a good addition.
