Our Stolwijk aged cheese is a real treat for any cheese lover. Aged for at least a year in our traditional ripening house. Delicious piquant cheese that will wow you. Fantastic for on bread but also a real treat on a cheeseboard.

Old North Holland cheese is an EU protected regional product. It has a lovely firm flavour but is still nice and creamy. Matured for at least 1 year in our own ripening house.

Stolwijkse extra mature is a delicious spicy farmers cheese weighing 13 kilos. Our Stolwijkse extra belegen cheeses are made from fresh milk and have a ripening time of 32 weeks.

Our farmer's cheese with fenugreek is a particularly delicious cheese with a nutty and herbal flavour. The fenugreek provides a unique flavour which makes the cheese suitable for a sandwich, but it is also for on a cheeseboard.
