Farmer's cheese is made from daily fresh milk from the farm. Thanks to the skimmed cow's milk, this cheese has a lower fat percentage. The cheeses are then produced on the farm using traditional methods. Farmhouse cheeses are made by hand. After the preparation process on the farm, these cheeses must mature.
Our 30+ farmer cheeses are aged for a minimum of 20 weeks in our maturation house, The maturation process ensures that extra mature cheeses have a delicious spicy flavor. Very tasty cheeses that you should definitely have tried once.
