Langres cheese
Langres is a French washed rind cheese made from whole cow's milk. This cheese is made in the town of Langres of the same name in the Champagne region and is made exclusively from the milk of cows from the departments of Côte-d'Or, Haute-Marne and Vosges. As such, this cheese bears the AOC seal that protects its authenticity.
