Grass cheese
Grass cheese is a delicious soft cheese and is available for a limited time. In fact, the grass cheese season runs from late May to mid-November. This is due to the growth of fresh grass on the land. Grass cheese is made from the milk of cows that are allowed out to pasture again for the first time.
