European cheese - Côte-d'Or

Époisses Berthaut is a red rind cheese with a spicy flavour of its own. It comes from the French village of Côte-d'Or where it is made using traditional methods. This spicy French cheese is indispensable on the cheeseboard and weighs 250 grams.
