Stolwijk young matured is a deliciously flavoursome Farmers' cheese. This young mature farmer's cheese is made from raw milk and matures for at least 16 weeks in our maturing house.

Stolwijkse extra mature is a delicious spicy Farmer's cheese. Our extra mature Farmhouse cheeses are made from fresh milk and have a ripening period of 32 weeks.

Our Stolwijk aged cheese is a real treat for any cheese lover. Aged for at least a year in our traditional ripening house. Delicious piquant cheese that will wow you. Fantastic for on bread but also a real treat on a cheeseboard.
