Overaged cheese - 48+ kaas

Extra overaged North Holland cheese, a delicious authentic local product. With a delicious characteristic taste of old cheese. Aged for at least 2 years in our own maturing house, but still particularly creamy.

Our overaged Stolwijk farmer's cheese has a wonderfully robust and intense character thanks to the traditional ripening process, is full of salt crystals and crumbly texture.

Real cheese lovers will certainly appreciate this over-aged cumin cheese. This cumin cheese has spent three years in our ripening house, resulting in a very spicy and nutty flavour. Delicious with a glass of port.

The spirited Gouda crumbly cheese has matured for at least 3 years in our own traditional maturing house. Delicious with a drink or simply delicious on the go.
