Old cheese - Rotterdam

The Old Rotterdammer is an aged cheese with a unique flavour. The cheese is made with fresh milk from the region Rotterdam in The Netherlands. It has matured in our own maturing house. Perfect to serve with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee.

The Rotterdamsche Old is a special cheese with a wonderfully robust character. Very tasty when paired with a good glass of red port. The sweet character of the port combined with the cheese is a treat.
