Aged for at least a year in our traditional maturing house. Delicious piquant cheeses with an intense flavour sensation. Fantastic for on bread but also a real treat on a cheeseboard.

Old North Holland cheese is an EU protected regional product. It has a lovely firm flavour but is still nice and creamy. Matured for at least 1 year in our own ripening house.

Our aged low-fat 35+ cheese has a hearty piquant flavour and fits perfectly into a healthy lifestyle. Matured for at least 1 year in our own maturing house.

The Rotterdamsche Old is a special cheese with a wonderfully robust character. Very tasty when paired with a good glass of red port. The sweet character of the port combined with the cheese is a treat.

This old cumin cheese 35+ will make many a cheese lover's heart beat faster. Made from the best skimmed milk. This cumin cheese lies in our maturing house for at least 1 year. Deliciously nutty flavour thanks to the cumin seeds.
