Old North Holland cheese is an EU protected regional product. It has a lovely firm flavour but is still nice and creamy. Matured for at least 1 year in our own ripening house.

Extra overaged North Holland cheese, a delicious authentic local product. With a delicious characteristic taste of old cheese. Aged for at least 2 years in our own maturing house, but still particularly creamy.
