Stolwijkse extra mature is a delicious spicy Farmer's cheese. Our extra mature Farmhouse cheeses are made from fresh milk and have a ripening period of 32 weeks.

Delicious tangy 35+ cheese. Made from the best low-fat milk. Matured for at least 26 weeks in our own maturing house on wooden boards.

Delicious low-fat 30+ farmer's cheese, nice and tangy but with less fat. These cheeses mature for at least 20 weeks in our ripening warehouse.
