Stolwijkse Boeren jong is a Dutch cheese that has been aged for 10 weeks. This cheese comes from the region of Stolwijk and is known for its creamy texture and mild flavor. Due to the short maturation, the cheese remains soft and Smeuïg, making it a popular choice for on bread, with salads or as part of a cheese board.

Tangy North Holland cheese is a delicious authentic local product. Creamy flavour with a spicy bite. Matured for at least 26 weeks in our own maturing house.

The one and only young matured Gouda cheese. This delicious young mature cheese is matured for 8 weeks, giving it a delicious, mild creamy flavour.

Stolwijk young matured is a deliciously flavoursome Farmers' cheese. This young mature farmer's cheese is made from raw milk and matures for at least 16 weeks in our maturing house.

Delicious young matured cumin cheese. Matured for at least 12 weeks in our own maturing house, giving it a mild nutty flavor.

Delicious Gouda mature cheese. Our matured cheeses are aged in the traditional way for 16 weeks, giving a delicious slightly tangy flavor.

Stolwijkse extra belegen is a delicious spicy Farmer's cheese. Our extra belegen Farmhouse cheeses are made from fresh milk and have a ripening period of 32 weeks.

Extra matured cumin cheese of the best quality. Matured for a minimum of 26 weeks in our own maturing house in the traditional way. This gives these cheeses a delicious spicy and nutty flavor.
