Dutch Blue cheese

Once people start looking for a tasty blue-vein cheese, they quickly turn to foreign countries. While Nederland also has wonderful blue-veined cheeses to offer. Thus, Dutch Blue is a real gem that you must have tasted once.
Dutch Blue is a pasteurised hard Blue cheese from North Brabant. The cheese comes from organic cultivation and is the perfect combination of mature and deliciously creamy. The blue veins come from the fungus Penicillium Roqueforti, which gives off a delicious spicy flavour.
Using Dutch Blue cheese
Dutch Blue is a delicious cheese that can certainly stand its ground on a cheese plate. To make the cheese stand out even better, we recommend letting it warm up to room temperature before serving. Dutch Blue cheese is delicious with a light fruity red wine.
