Tangy North Holland is a delicious authentic local product weighing about 14 pounds. Full of creamy flavor with a spicy bite. Matured for a minimum of 26 weeks in our own maturing house.

Whole Gouda cheese young matured of approximately 13 kg. This delicious young mature cheese is matured for 8 weeks, giving it a delicious, mild creamy flavour.

Caprimera Liguria is a Dutch goat's cheese coated with tomato, basil and oregano, among other ingredients, during the ripening process. This cheese is delicious on the cocktail plate.
