Cheese wheel - North Holland - Pasteurized - Nutty

A whole cumin cheese 35+ weighing about 11 kg. Made from the best skimmed milk. This matured cheese is aged for at least 16 weeks in our own maturing house, giving it a mild nutty flavour.
