Jersey cheese, delicious organic cheese made from milk of the Jersey cow. Deliciously full of creamy flavour. Our whole cheeses are matured for at least 8 weeks using traditional methods.

Organic extra mature cheese made the milk of Jersey cows. Powerful and particularly creamy in flavor. Our whole cheeses are aged for a minimum of 26 weeks using traditional methods.
