Carozzi rosso is made by the Carozzi family from the Lombardy region of Italy. There, Aldo started marketing products from the valley in 1960. Not much later, he began maturing and producing cheeses in Pasturo.
The Carozzi rosso cheese is a blue cheese, made from raw cow's milk and treated with red wine during ripening. In the final stage of the ripening process, the cheeses are enriched with the delicious sweet flavour of cranberries. An expert combination of flavours that enhance the cheese and aromas.
