Gouda mature cheese weighing approximately 13 kilos. Our whole cured cheeses are matured in the traditional way for 16 weeks, giving a delicious slightly tangy flavour.

Who doesn't know it? The Edam bulb cheese. A cheese of about 1.5kg that is also popular outside the Dutch borders. This cheese has a neutral creamy taste with a salty undertone and is super nice to give as a gift.

Real cheese lovers are sure to appreciate this 10-kilo gem. This cumin cheese has spent three years in our maturing house, resulting in a very spicy and nutty flavour. Delicious with a glass of port.
