Serving cream cheese
Cream cheese is a cheese that can be eaten at different times of the day. For example, this cheese is very tasty on a sandwich, sandwich or pisotlette at lunch. But it is also possible to use brie in hot dishes, it melts deliciously through the dish. In addition, of course, cream brie should not be missing on a cheeseboard.
When you want to serve cream brie, we recommend taking the cheese out of the refrigerator about half an hour before use. This way, the flavor of this French cheese comes out best.
